Absolutely useless company. My order never arrived trying to get a refund is proving a nightmare. Spent 3 hours on live chat to JP & John, absolutely incompetent company and so called customer service!
He kept offering refund / replacement but then stopped coming back to me & ending chat…
I’ll be taking it further tomorrow. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS
