Shipping label issues

Eyeglasses.com had a website malfunction making it impossible to access and print the shipping label. Customer service promised a label the next day by email, which didn't arrive. I asked for compensation for the difficulty and they took 10% off the total. They reminded me I was getting free shipping (and should be grateful).

I printed the label and went to UPS. Just before I mailed the order, they called to cancel it, saying that since I had had so much trouble with their website, they were no longer interested in making my lenses.

We are sorry you had trouble using our website. Our service does not work for everyone, and some better are better off going to a local doctor.
