Shipping label issues
Eyeglasses.com had a website malfunction making it impossible to access and print the shipping label. Customer service promised a label the next day by email, which didn't arrive. I asked for compensation for the difficulty and they took 10% off the total. They reminded me I was getting free shipping (and should be grateful).
I printed the label and went to UPS. Just before I mailed the order, they called to cancel it, saying that since I had had so much trouble with their website, they were no longer interested in making my lenses.
