I have an order PAID and not received and first days they kept telling they are into it as it was about nuclear science. After they didn't reply anymore and I got no package and zalando stolen my money. Customer service is extremely rude lazy and incompetent ( when they reply) but after 1 email they don't. I reported them to the police but avoid as is nightmare if something happens
