Responsive, just not time,y
Content with outcome, response could have been faster, quite often I get no response, on this matter it would have been useful to know what was being done and my query was being looked into

We endeavour to reply to email communication as quickly as we can, but do advise in our Service Level Agreement that our response times for emails is 7 working days.
