Avoid Leroy Merlin kitchens, poor quality and shocking customer care
We paid over 8,000 euro on a kitchen and I requested a new cabinet door after the paint lifted when my granddaughter used sellotape for all of 10 seconds. I contacted customer service expecting a very quick reply and a new door, I WAS WRONG!.
It is clear the paint has not been applied after sealing the wood otherwise the paint would not have lifted so easy, Leroy Merlin contacted the manufacturers and they said it left the factory correct and just refused to except any responsibility. I have been told i now have to order and pay for a new door! This is on a new kitchen costing 8,000 euro. Very poor quality product do not buy.
