Klarna - Shame On You.

Never received my goods, so I called Klarna more than 3 times. On my call on 2nd June I was told I would receive my refund on the 19th June 2025, still haven't received it. Homesdirect365 weeks ago (before I ordered my item) went into Administration and I told Klarna this the day I found out about it (28th May 2025) and even today 23/6/2025 Homesdirect365 is still listed on Klarna!
Let me tell you I was informed today by Klarna customer services that Klarna themselves do not refund you the money, it would be Homesdirect365 who are in Administration, so you won't ever get your money back. Something very fishy!

Klarna should not allow a company that are in Administration to still be listed on their website. Goodness knows how many people Klarna knowingly and obviously quite happily allowed them to lose their hard earned money....knowing what they knew!

I plan to go to the press with my story, as this doesn't sit right with me, and I don't want others losing money. I will be getting the recorded phone calls I made from Klarna, to back up my true story.

I have today contacted my bankers and they have blocked Klarna.
So not another penny will these Pirates get from me.

Good riddance!
