Great in the end!

After some issues with the car that I purchased from this dealership, we resolved most parts and I've been able to get the Motor ombudsmen to help with so additional complaints to Renault themselves (not the dealership).

Jack was great and I'm sure I annoyed the hell out of him but he continued to help with the ongoing issues. He even got a replacement air con unit after that got ruined without charge. One thing to bear in mind is that if you need a new part for a Renault, it does come from France you the wait is a bit long.

Pre-sales and sales are great! After sales could do with some work but in the end it was all good.
