We use Interparcel to deliver our… customer packages

We use Interparcel to deliver our company packages to our customers. This one was meant to go to a customer but was not delivered neither was a card left by the courier so our customer had no idea that the order was on its way. The goods were returned to us. When I told Interparcel that the goods had not been delivered or that the customer had been given any notice of failed attempt to deliver their response was to say that they are only an intermediary between us and the courier company and therefore it was nothing to do with us even though they then charged is £25.00 + VAT for not doing anything which included a £15.00 admin charge! We are now thinking about changing the service we use.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am very sorry for the returned parcel. Unfortunately we are self tracking service so all orders must be tracked and if not arrived then we have to be contacted so we can raise this with the courier. I am very sorry.
