24 years a subscriber but the worst interaction so far in renewing my 24 month contract. The chap was polite but communication hopeless. Intent on selling me things without giving me the details I requested and needed, but sliding them through anyway. Two days later, when i found the cost of Sky Cinema for example, which I have no interest in, added to my 24 month contract I immediately went back and asked Sky to remove it. Similarly with Sky Sports. The second chap agreed but that I would have to pay while the 31 day cancelation for each worked it's way through. I said this this was a deliberate deception & manipulative, and certainly not something I should be paying Sky extra for. Quite the opposite! The second chap said it was above his department's paygrade to vary it. Both Sky chaps had requested I give them a 9 or 10 in my feedback because an 8 suggested abuse or vulgarity on their behalf - suggesting they could lose ntheir job.
Sky's interest in good customer relations feels at a real low by possibly putting undue pressuire on their nworkers to make money at all costs. Very disappointing.
