Short version had a bad day sent snappy email and Josephine not only quickly responded and sorted out my issue (items were in with one of the paintings) she was also very courteous and professional and of course I apologised. My point is even though the items are of great quality and I love them I would also buy from a company who have such great staff. Thank you Josephine and thank you Davincified.
