Extremely bad and unprofessional

1. I am still receiving spam emails from them even though I unsubscribed for all email communication. The employee Christine in the chat is incapable and suggested to use my mailbox to mark emails as SPAM, which completely misses the point.

2. The basic fit gyms are usually filled with scum who are occupying machines while not using them, but are instead playing with their phones.
They put their towel on one machine, then go to the bathroom and then go videocalling a friend while standing next to the machine.

3. The employees are lazy, are not paying attention at all, and are usually playing with their phone during work.

This doesn't meet any standard in any area.
