Issues with intermittent internet speed for weeks led to IT engineer Dustin’s yesterday. Dustin was very helpful, knowledgeable and showed a real care in resolving the issue once and for all which I was very appreciative of. It appeared the internet has improved since too although it’s been only a day so far.
Thanks to Dustin, YouFibre has not lost a customer.
