Never again
As many have pointed out, it takes a long time to receive your order. Added to that, is the fact that as a customer you have absolutely zero transparency and control over your order status. After sending several emails and calling, customer service told me they had no way of knowing when my order would be shipped, since it had been directly ordered to the manufacturer. But they promised to send me an email as soon as it was ready to be shipped. 2 weeks went by and I received a text message on a Monday at 5pm saying my order would be delivered the next morning (less than 24hs notice). I called the courier customer service to try to change the delivery time, since unfortunately I am not rich and have to go to work for a living. Their answer was that the delivery date and time could not be changed and I just had to skip work and stay home to wait for my furniture, ordered 1 month in advance, despite having called to try to arrange the delivery with plenty of time. This is unacceptable customer service. We pay good money for the products and there is a total lack of respect for my time and my life. Get a serious courier, design a nicer website with order tracking, collaborate with your supply chain to give your customers visibility over expected delivery time and then, perhaps, I will shop again.
