Avoid
Avoid , i bought a pair of shoes and they sent a small size.I returned it but Simmi refused to refund my money or exchange the shoes for a fitting pair. Worst Customer service ever. It was my first and last purchase from Simmi,terrible customer service. Buy at your own risk especially on line.

Unfortunately, all customers are made aware that returns are to be made within 14-days of receiving their item(s). We offered the customer to send these back to them, as our returns team are not able to issue refunds for overdate returns.
