Is it scam?
All cigarettes was stopped by the border and we got the mail that which part habitat trafficking cigarettes products to us by email and we get the letter and our package sees. So you can't send cigarettes to USA you might get sued

So we are not a scam - we have send you cigarettes.
As for getting sued - they will not sue you, they will not even give a penalty or fees to pay. They are just trying to scare you so you bub cigarettes with huge state tax!
If it was illegal - you wouldnt get just a mail!
