Good store experience, however still not delivered two months! after original expected date.
Ordered a sofa back at the end of march, with an expected delivery date of 4th April, that sailed past with no update from SCS, contacting customer service was difficult but when they eventually called me back they didn't know anything. The date on the tracker was updated to expected at the end of April, that again went past with no updates, received an update 13th May saying the new date would be 26th May, which is what it still says now a week later!
Edit 12th June, still nothing from SCS, other than a "we're looking into it"
