I ordered a filter for my dehumidifier, which is in my attic that I cannot access a knee and air conditioning company to do. They gave me the size. I ordered the size from filter by and it's not the right one not filter by's fault, I called them up to return it. And they told me it was a custom filter which sounds totally ridiculous, because they have all the numbers on their website and they won't allow me to return it. I'm extremely unhappy about it because I don't have money to throw away. I cancel the subscription. And uh, I have to eat the money, I am. So angry about it, I'm calling the Better Business Bureau. I'm calling my credit card and I'm giving this review that is totally ridiculous. I'm sure there's more than one person in the world that has the size of this filter which on other sites is common.
