Sent me a light with faulty written on the box
I bought an outdoor light coating almost €100. The light arrived with “faulty” written on the box. When the electrician tried to install the light he determined it was faulty. I now have to repack the light and find a depot to drop the return to. The sheer stupidity of sending a customer a product they knew was faulty is hard to believe.

It’s likely that the box you received was used in error during packing, possibly from a previously returned or tested unit that should never have been re-shipped.
We are currently investigating this internally to ensure this situation does not happen again.
