Medical equipment never arrived. Was returned to sender
Medical equipment never arrived to my chosen locker collection point. The seller denied responsibility, entirely blaming the sub-contractor “Yodel”. The tracking shows it got here, then they tried to make a home delivery despite having no home address, as click/collect was specified as Esso, Chatburn Rd at the point of sale. I do not want potentially embarrassing medical equipment delivered to my home/family. Yodel declared they were unable to get in to the property, despite my drop-off point being an Esso petrol garage open 24/7, 365 days of the year. Unable to deliver they have returned to sender. Equipment was required for 9am Tuesday morning. No chance of that now. Have had to ask retailer for a refund, even though he has no idea where the equipment is either. Yodel to be avoided at all cost for medically urgent equipment .
