Avoid at all costs.

I'd give zero stars it was an option.
I went away to South Africa for 13 days.
The worst days of my life, I felt like going back home every other day,
The overall experience was completely ruined by the rude and unorganized group leader who turned my holiday into a complete nightmare.
Mouldy hotel rooms
Uncommunicated changes in the programme
Missed activities
The only positive was my my fellow participants.
Never, ever again.
It's a scam.
Also their reply below is not consistent with what happened during the trip. All the group had issues with the non existent logistics.
Please do not let them steal your money!
When you pay 2000£ for a trip and they think that mould in even 1 hotel is acceptable and the team leader tells you to fxxk off in your face because for his mistake you did not have keys that opened the lodge and were left on a street alone at 1am in the morning…..

We’re truly sorry to see you’ve left this review while you were already in contact with our Customer Care team, who has actively worked to address the concerns you raised.

We regret that the service provided by the group leader didn’t meet your expectations. However, after carefully reviewing the post-trip surveys from all participants, we didn’t find recurring issues or reports of major dissatisfaction.

Based on our internal checks and feedback from others in the group, the itinerary was followed as outlined on the website. All activities were completed, though we acknowledge that some adjustments to the schedule were made along the way. It seems the communication around these changes may not have been clear enough, and we have already asked the coordinator to be clearer next time.

Regarding the accommodations, we also followed up on. From what we can verify, it appears the presence of mould was limited to a small, isolated spot in only one of the structures and not a widespread issue.
