I hope you're well and thanks for getting in touch. I am a customer happiness specialist here at Octopus and noticed you left us a review. Thank you for your feedback, it is incredibly helpful to see where we can approve. I can see there was a direct debit that was pending to come into the account before the cancellation. This was then taken. Rest assured it will be refunded to you once we've lost the supply.
