I already had 9 points on my license and got caught again for speeding by a speed camera. The Barrsiter at Kent Traffic Law i.e Mr Sunil Rupasinha was honest and helpful. He represented me in the court and saved me from getting a six month ban. It’s because of his sincere efforts that the outcome was satisfactory.

You were extremely fortunate to avoid a minimum 6 month ban as I advised you from the outset that we would need to be very lucky indeed to be successful in court. However, we prepared your case in advance and I advised you on the court procedure and the way in which you would most probably be questioned in court. This meant that you were not taken by surprise by the questions and knew how best to respond. In the end, the Bromley Magistrates were lenient with you but I find that the better cases are prepared the greater the chances of a sympathetic outcome! Thank you for your review.
