In store great, post purchase awful

In store service was great. Since then it's been a disaster

1) I arranged for in store delivery on a particular date and attended. Products did not arrive.

2) they arranged delivery to my house next day which was fine. But sent the wrong length trousers (sold out of 30 so sent 32 manager Ian told me in an email)

3) manager Ian said they would amend the trousers but for a charge.

4) I have been absolute peppered with spam emails I did not sign up to.
