I ordered an engraved necklace to replace one that I lost that I bought from them about 10 years ago and a medical alert wristband. Really good quality engraving on the necklace and the wristband is good quality as well. I also added an endless chain to the necklace and the customer service team contacted me to check if I wanted them to attach it for me, which they did and then shipped the same day.
