Still no refund or cancellation of Item
I bought a pair of trainers online for them to be picked up at Manchester Selfridges. Because I was flying from the airport that day there was many delays so I couldn’t make the centre of Manchester, so I decided to cancel them for a refund. Ordered on the 27th April
3 attempts for them to be cancelled, 3 different excuses of why the order hasn’t changed. Then an email to say it will take a few more days for the order to change…….is it really that difficult, do you not talk to each department,?
All I would like is for my order to be cancelled please and to be refunded….this year.
