Review of StandUp Wireless

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I started w/ Qlink Converting to StandUp wireless was seamless

I started w/ Qlink, they & some top mgmt. were involved in fraud against the US and they were forced to liquidate. StandUp wireless took over and I only found that out through several attempts at trying to make contact with Q.
Afet getting w/ S/U I created a new application in hours I was approved and my account was renewed under S/U. BTW StandUp is merely the administrator
federal lifeline assistance program. T-Mobile is the actual wireless network provider and they do that for S/U, Assurance and all the others, it's their propriety service everyone uses.
I read some other posts and I am surprised that S/U rates only 1.5 stars. I give them 4 and that's only because I had to contact them initially they did not contact me. But I also understood that when the Feds forced Qlink out of business, there was no time to talk between predecessor or successor and Qlink left everything in a mess.
