Let the buyer beware
I have enjoyed having this app but believed I had only signed up for a year. To my horror , without telling me it was due. they took over £60 from my account today.,They say I should have known. !!!
National Trust and RHS are on a rolling membership but they let me know in advance so I have a chance to cancel. I found out because I happened to look in my account. I don’t want to renew but they are refusing to reimburse me . I have been offered a voucher which I do not want. There is a 20 day offer to cancel but they are not allowing me to have this. My opinion has gone from very good to zero.
Just seen the reply !!! As I didn’t know when the renewal date was I didn’t have a chance to cancel. They are absolutely ruthless.
I am pleased to say they know now how unreasonable they have been and my £65 has been refunded. I hope they will follow my advice and warn in advance that payment is due.
