I placed an order on April 9 and I paid the extra shipping and handing for Express so my items will be here by April 30. As of today, two of my items has not come in. I’ve written the customer service with no response. The items that came. I really liked those, but the dress I was supposed to be wearing to the Kentucky Derby did not arrive and has not arrived and no one will tell me when is arriving it’s just saying I’m waiting arrival. I think if you’re gonna pay extra for the shipping and handling, then they should expedite the order as they say they would However, they have not no response no refund poor customer service.
