I get nowhere with these guys

I get nowhere with these guys. I would not recommend.
Support hands me off to another agent, who hands me off to another agent, who hands me off to another agent, who... Yeah, like that. Been like this since I signed with them on February 27. Big mistake. Godaddy, Hostgator, or Namecheap. Not Bluehost.
Meanwhile, they try to upsell me, while I can't get what I already paid them for to work correctly.
My company had been with our previous host for thirty years (!), and we never had these sorts of problems.
