Good product, good service to remedy issues

Product is great, however in a world of next day and same day shipping, the shipping process is bloated. Ordered on Friday and paid for express shipping and still haven’t received a dispatch notice. When paying nearly £100 for 2 x pairs of socks, I think this is important.

Note - Stox responded quickly and attended to my issue which is now resolved, so updated to 5 stars.
