1 Month waiting for my deposit

We did not have problems when booking the Van. Everything was easy and smooth. But when we return the Van the owner find a little scratch on the paint, which we didn't made, we think it was done when parked. And almost one month later we are still waiting to know something about our deposit, which is 1500.
Also don't get insurance because it doesn't cover anything, that's why the deposit is that big. And also
insurance excess is 500, so we have to pay 500 for a little scratch we have not done because the insurance you pay for it's not worth it at all.
In addition, it has been me who has been contacting yescapa and the owner to have some news, as they don't give any information.
So disappointed with this company
