Horrible company

Horrible company. I have never encountered such a non-customer-friendly company. My son was promised a coach, and they found one, so the start was really promising. Unfortunately, the first lesson was no lesson; just a short chat on zoom, and it stayed like that. Meanwhile, of course, the full payment was made already and I needed to block that to make sure I got my money back. Then the coach, a good match with my son, was cancelled, the reason never given, and I've been chased ever since then to pay for a lesson we've never received.

One time I've managed to get someone on the phone: the tone was so unprofessional and accusing towards me, that I decided I don't want to work with this company anymore.

I've been chased by email since, to pay for a lesson I never got - with the extras amount piling up of course for being late etc - . And I've tried to call again, several times: the menu on the call is a loop you cannot break.

So, Ive never done this before but:
DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!

Hartelijk dank voor uw review en nogmaals onze excuses dat uw ervaring niet naar wens was. Wij hebben ter compensatie uw gekozen bijlespakket geannuleerd en u alleen gefactureerd voor de bijles die in de agenda stond en waarbij u deze zelf goedkeuring heeft gegeven.

Ook zie ik dat u een voucher is aangeboden voor een gratis bijles voor wanneer u zich weer wil aanmelden.

Uiteraard willen we met u nadenken over een oplossing, dus we horen graag van u!
