Final Account
It is very frustrating that EDF Energy would send out a final invoice without any sort of breakdown. I have had to make two calls which combined have taken over an hour of my time. I still await an
itemised bill. However Jade Ann who assisted me today was conscientious, patient and very polite. She was a pleasure to deal with and I am grateful that she will be handling my complaint with EDF going forward.
