Amazing experience today
I had an unexpected situation with NSF fees on my account and reached out to TD customer service for help.
I was pleasantly surprised by how understanding and empathetic the agent was.
She took the time to listen to my concerns (I was panicking, I admit) and, after a very quick discussion, waived the fees as a one-time courtesy!
I truly appreciate her willingness to help me and resolve the issue promptly.
This kind of customer service is rare, and am extremely grateful for their support.
It is not often that companies go out of their way to help you when you’re doing your best to stay on track.
Thank you, TD, for making a stressful situation much easier to handle.
