Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I have used it a few times before, not had the best journeys. This time I cancelled within 30 minutes of booking due to unforeseen circumstances and they still charged me more than 50%.
When replying to their email asking for them to reconsider they copied and pasted their original email. Extremely unprofessional. Will not use their app ever again and will advise people against using them.
