I have attempted to redeem

I have attempted to redeem. I provided both cards they asked for. Clear pictures front and back. Customer service isn’t responding and I can’t connect to anyone one their site. I won 800 & 300. Spent quite a bit.
I am already verified so thought it was going to be a breeze. I redeemed once it was instant.
This will be the last time I play on Legendz.
I’ll update if I do get my redemption.
