So far so good! Slow customers service though

I just started playing on this site.
I won a pretty good sum.
I made sure to verify prior to playing for an easy redemption.
I hope it goes smooth.
I will update you all.

Update: my first redemption was super fast. It was in my account within hours.
I am now waiting on my second redemption this one for 2k. Let see how it goes.
I can say that customer service is not fast to respond.

New Player

I’ve just started playing on this site. I have won quite a bit. There is a large selection of games and the graphics are pretty good. The only downfalls I can see are. Slow redemption times I believe from what I’m told.
I put in for 4 redemptions. I reached out to customer service to ask how long the redemption time is. I did get a response can be up to 10 days and that you can only redeem 1,000 per day.
Love the games and site hopefully the first redemption goes smoothly. I will update.
I am fully verified I’m not sure why it could take so long but I’m going to stick it out and not put it all back in 🤞

So far so good 😊

I’m giving it 4 stars because I just put in for a redemption and am going to wait and see how long it takes. I’m reading some of the reviews and am a bit worried. My address is already verified so I am hoping it will go smoothly. I love the games and have had good luck so far.
I will update on the redemption when it comes.
The site is easy to navigate and the games have been lucky for me. I have hit several bonuses 🍀

Update: It’s only been 2 days, but I have supplied them with everything they requested. Verified my address, both cards through their verification site and still pending. I won
another 4,500.
I did receive my first redemption, I hope this one goes through without a long wait. I am weary about big payouts.
I really hope this site works out I do love the games.

I have attempted to redeem

I have attempted to redeem. I provided both cards they asked for. Clear pictures front and back. Customer service isn’t responding and I can’t connect to anyone one their site. I won 800 & 300. Spent quite a bit.
I am already verified so thought it was going to be a breeze. I redeemed once it was instant.
This will be the last time I play on Legendz.
I’ll update if I do get my redemption.

Slow response time

I play on several sites and have never experienced the frustration from trying to redeem. I played only 50.00 and won over 10,000. I put in for three redemptions. It’s my first time redeeming with CC so I expected some wait time and extra verification. I already verified my address and identity so didn’t expect it would be too hard. I got a message stating they need proof of my credit card. I took a clear picture of front and back and uploaded. Next I get a message it failed to go through. I attempt to contact support and no response. I try to upload again and I keep getting an error message. I ended up playing out some of the money while waiting, it’s been over 17 hours with no response from support. I tried to email, but it keeps getting sent back saying no ticket created contact support. I been waiting and waiting with no help. It’s frustrating when it comes to money. I will continue to wait for support to answer. I hope this gets resolved. I will keep you updated.
I do love the games and the site in general. They have all my favorites. I read all the reviews before playing to make sure it was legit.

Slow redemption times.

Slow redemption times.
I won 900 on December 29th. It’s Jan 2nd and nothing has hit my bank. I am waiting on an ACH transfer. I’ve read a lot of reviews here that say it was there the next day. I reached out to customer service through the online chat and they were not helpful at all. I received an email that says it could take 10 business days. I play on a few other sites and it’s usually in my bank account in 1-2 days. This is my last time playing on funrize. Fingers crossed my redemption actually goes through.

I really love variety of games. I am now attempting to verify my account so I can redeem. I won 3k and would like to get my redemption but can’t until I verify. I sent my drivers license, uploaded my bank statement and sent and copy of my cable bill. It should be an easy process. I will wait it out and not play my winnings. They say 3-7 business days, some sites it’s instant. Fingers crossed it goes smoothly.
Other than that the games are great, site is easy to navigate.

They keep declining my redemption with no explanation why. I posted a review here and they responded that it was approved and the money is on the way. 5 minutes after they post that on my review they declined it.
When you email support they don’t respond.
I email over and over just about begging for help and no response. This is awful. I spend money expecting to get my winnings and this happens.
Please explain why it’s declined so I can fix the issue.
Wish me luck. It’s too bad because I enjoy the site, but the frustration with the redemption process is so upsetting.

Update: I heard back from support staff a few days later. They fixed the issue and the money was in my account the next day.
Changed my review to 5 stars ⭐️
