Lately I have been disappointed in your brands quality and in my opinion you're over charging for that less than quality merchandise.
Also you send me an email telling me my order has shipped, when in reality it doesn't really ship until a few days later. Printing the packaging label doesn't count in my book as shipped. When the carrier scans it and puts it on their truck, that's the true ship date.
