More miss than hits with this company - not honest about their refund / returns policy.
It is always hit or miss with this company but more miss than hit. Ordered shoes in a size 7/EU 40 they sent shoes that were mis sized. (Maybe they didn't know!) They were a 42 or 44 - 2.5cm longer than the the shoes I was replacing (same brand, same style). They still charged me to return them which is against their own policies as detailed on their website. Be very wary of this company....

En effet, malgré des contrôles intensifs, une erreur d'empaquetage a vraisemblablement eu lieu lors de la préparation de votre colis.
