We recently bought a BMW X1 from JCT600 in Leeds. The car itself is excellent...but just as importantly, the customer service was probably the best we've ever encountered over many years of car buying.
Graham Smithson, who we dealt with, made it the least stressful experience we've ever had in a car showroom. He was extremely professional , courteous, helpful and friendly. He had an easy-going natural charm without ever descending into over-the-top salesmanship, leaving us to our own devices while looking round the car and only offering advice when needed. He did everything possible to make the procedure a smooth one, even going as far as driving me to a post office to update the V5 and tax the vehicle.
I will certainly use this firm again and highly recommend it to other car seekers.
