I bought a bag as a present for Christmas and in March there was a problem with one of the bag. I emailed to tell Spiral of the issue and they sent a replacement within a few days. Excellent customer service responding very promptly and a full replacement was more than expected. Such a great experience. I bought directly from Spiral and would do so again.
