Average call costs are 4x the advertised rate

Agents are likely incentivised to dawdle on calls by their management to drive up billing - the only time we pay £1.75 per call is if the caller hangs up - otherwise it's between 2x and 4x that cost per call on average and that's with instructions to keep calls short and not put callers on hold. If you don't want to pay a fortune per call, look elsewhere.
