I had an issue with my boiler that was covered under my Centrona Gas service plan, and they responded immediately. The engineer arrived the same day, identified the fault, and got my heating and hot water back up and running in no time. What I really liked was the transparency no hidden charges or unnecessary upselling. The service plan has been excellent value for money, and I’m really pleased I signed up.
