The ring is a great thing but their customer service is something to be said about, they keep saying give us another day and thank you for my patience. Yes I am waiting for something that's free but when you are worried about losing your ring because it is potentially too big it seems like they don't care and they say let us look into it. They don't care and it's been 2 weeks.
