I was kept regularly updated on progress during production and even after the parcel had been handed over to the Carrier
I was able to plan for my surprise presentation function as I was kept informed even about the 2 days delay in deliver due to clearly explained reasons. The Ring arrived as promised and they are beautiful, more beautiful than I thought and imagined. Because it was meant to be a surprise for my wife, I ordered a ring size T which is larger than my wife's finger BUT I jave beem assured that I can return it for resizing FREE
