The CMS itself is good not their plugins
The CMS itself is good, flexible (open source unlike Shopify)
Just avoid their in-house plugins whenever another alternative is possible (such as YITH)
Why? Because these are just lazy money grabs charging you on a subscription basis while never evolving
They basically do the bare minimum, make sure the environment remains secure and up to date with latest WP versions that’s as far as it goes.
You have a feature request? Yeah that’s not gonna happen, regardless how pertinent it might be
We’ve had a lot of their plugins and just stopped paying for their subscriptions because smaller teams have eaten up their market shares with better coded, better updated plugins which also have more functionalities are are at worst priced the same if not cheaper…
WC this has been ongoing for years? A decade? Maybe it’s time you stop milking customers and actually reinvest all this sub money into actually making your plugins better
But you don’t care right? Why am I even wasting time writing that review anyway
