Problematic door seal
I have had a problem with a shower door edge seal splitting causing water to leak from the shower unit. I spoke with Lindsey at customer services and explained the problem and it transpired after she had sent fitting instructions through that the seal had been fitted incorrectly.
Lindsey ordered me a new seal and sent fitting instructions straight away. Many thanks for making this a stress free experience
