My carry on closet had it's straps rip while i was on vacation. Resched out to solgaard, they mentioned they ran out of the closets and would send one out once restocked. Reached back out after a month or 2 to get an update on the closet restock. Got a response from Fred who without skipping a beat, had a new closet being sent over within two days.
