It is not possible to cancel the trip and return the ticket. The site does not work correctly. There is information about the discrepancy between the last name and the order number.

Hello, the cancelation module on our site is set to the parameters of the carriers terms and conditions of cancelation.
In the case of your ticket, refund is not possible as the outward journey has already been made. You still have the option to cancel the ticket without a refund if you would like to, by clicking on "I would like to cancel my bus ticket" on the refund module.
