Carpet was torn and broken over 25% of…

( update Was able to get it shipped back, return with bring took very long, no refund as of yet)

Carpet was torn and broken over 25% of the surface area, looks dreadful (definitely not a new item, looks like someone has tried to wash the corner and pulled all the wool out)

contacted support and they were very unhelpful, they could NOT answer any of my questions about the carpet and what had caused the damage and if they had used chemicals on it ( there is a reason you buy a 100% wool carpet)
customer service said i can get a full return if i manage to pack it up again. how would i do that is the question? i don't have huge plastic sheets, huge paper pipe to put in the middle etc.
i was also offered 20% discount. that dose not feel fair for the state of it. I bought it for over 2000 kr. and the discount would only cover what i paid to get it shipped.

I had pretty high thoughts of Ellos before this but its clear to me now i cant trust them at all and especially not when it comes to expensive products. This company will send you used and damaged products.
